Reason #2 Billion for Why I Hate the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
The Court upholds a school's decision to censure most of the religious references made in a student's graduation speech. According to the Court, the school's action was justified because "the "proselytizing" nature of parts of the speech amounted to "forcing" the audience at the commencement ceremony to take part in a religious exercise."
